you need to have your phone set up to send e-mails and sent it to your e-mail then upload it from there if you aint got an uploader i could do it for you

i have just got a new phone and it aint set up yet but go to the o2 web site and you can send the settings from there i think then e-mail them to your address then e-mail it to me and i will upload it for you
