Someone bought me a wee tini mini (not very good likness of mini) and the lights on that were exactly the right size!!

maybe try and widen the hole(where metal bit goes through) for glass before taking it out and then glue it back in

There are usually a few on ebay in Germany but the go for bonkers money,the last one I was going for was over 40euros plus postage!
