Getting paint off calipers and carriers

Whats the best and quickest to get red caliper paint off the calipers and carriers? Scrape it off maybe?

out of curiosity, is this so that you can change the colour of them?

No. Id like to repaint them red. Certain parts of the caliper and carrier have started to flake off

This happened to me too, then I made the mistake of pressure washing my wheels and got a bit too close to the caliper and caused alot more of the red paint to flake off. It might be worth trying that method to remove the paint without getting your hands dirty.

I did exactly the same thing! I need to repaint mine when the weather gets a bit better

I'd pressure wash (without soap!) then nitromors the left overs. Wait about an hour then pressure wash again.
