What Tyre profile?

Im currently looking into gettin 4 new tyres for my bbs wheels as im currently running my original tyres on my G60 steels,just wondering the best profile to run on the bbs wheels,shood i just stick wit the 45's?

I've always had 45. Im 99% sure thats standard

Yup, original specification was 195/45/15.
