VW UK... where to post complaints?

I have some warranty issues/ complaints and want to write a formal letter to VW UK.

On the VW website the only address I can find is:

Yeomans Drive
Blakelands
Milton Keynes
MK14 5AN

Is this where I should write to? if so, anyone know who or which department it should be addressed to?

Wayside Head office,
Volkswagen Customer Service,
Denbigh House,
Denbigh Road,
Bletcley,
Milton Keynes,
Buckinghamshire,
MK1 1YP

That's the Customer Services for UK VW (HeadQuarters)? not a local dealer/franchise address, correct?

Yep that is their main head office

out of interest what is you're complaining about? I know there has been alot of common faults with the polo's but the dealers have carried out the majority of the work no questions asked
