was lookin into relocating the washer jets on my bonnet to the scuttle panel of my 6N. Has anybody done this????
any idea how I would do it????I dont want to lose the use of my water jets.
not sure about the scuttle panel
but there are single wiper kits ebay which have the option of jets built in
my mates had one on his mk3 golf n hes had no problems
just an idea
Ian_R wrote:All that is different about the bonnet is the 6n2 has the little oval for the badge and the 6n dont
the front ends are totally different if you have a look
the bonnent on 6n2 doesnt have a straiht edge whereas the 6n does
sure theres more differences to
right il try n put my brains into this
i spose if you could angle the jets up in theory you should have no problem
need to pull them off and find a good angle n then try n keep em there
Yeah I dont see why if you didnt make the holes for them and if needs be fix them in place angled up toward windshield. Your prob best having a mess about with them like see what works but your gonna have the problem of filling and painting the original holes on your bonet.
