Coilovers are out

Post by Mouse_GTI »

Was washing the car today and noticed I can get 3 fingers in my driver side rear wheel arch but only 2 in the passenger side. My front wheels are also out a little on each side. If I adjusted it myself I'd have to get my wheel alignment done again! Grrr

how long is it since you last had it done?

If its not been that long just take it back with your receipt and say your not sure its spot on. Might get it free, worth a shot :P

how much does it normally cost to get it alligned and do you need to get it done each time you adjust the height?

My tracking is well out, I got new tyres on the front about 2 months back and I noticed that the inside edge is worn a fair bit more than the outside, think it needs aligned

December I got the coilovers fitted. Got them to do a 50mm drop all round. Then took it to a different place the following week and got them to lower it an extra 10mm all round then do camber and wheel alignment
