Well guys got the car back from the bodyshop....pretty cheuffed with how its turned out!

I fitted the new tinted rear lights just and de-wipered it before it went in to get the rear bumper repaired along with the mirrors and b-pillers sprayed in satin black.

Took a few quick pics today outside the house just to let you see how it is

One of the rear lights looks darker than the other, but im sure its the light :disgust:

hope you like the new wee changes, more to come soon! :unibrow:

Phil, do you know how much they had to lacquer after doing the pillars?

I'm thinking of having mine sprayed instead of keeping the vinyl.

Looking good, how much did they charge you for the black b-pillars? i want to go with paint as well instead of the vinyl, looks much better.

sickness! seriously nicest mk5 on the forums in my eyes
delock the doors just to finish off the smooth look (with the added plus of extra security) and it will be perfect

With regards to the laquer, i'm really not sure how much they used.....i would assume they would know though to be honest.

In total it cost me £200 to get my bumper repaired and have the mirrors and b-pillers sprayed! Bargain!!! Having the paint finish does seem to make a nice noticeable difference!

Thanks mate, truely appreaciate it! Well the doors wont just be delocked, but going for an audi smooth handle set up. Got them at hime here, but just aiting till i can afford to have them  welded on and the doors resprayed
