im thinking of going euro and getting some nice deep dishes. was just wandering what kinda experience you have with using 8x15's on the front.

any scrubbage? what your lowered too? did you have any arch mods done?

I got some tryes fitted to my RXII's a couple of months ago by one of those mobile tyre fitting vans. I was giving the guy a good grilling about stretched rubber but he didn't seem to know too much about it.

What do tyre places so to you when you ask them to stretch a tyre on so much?

the front is down about 70mm and its very very tight! i need to raise it up about 10mm but i am realy realy struggling to get the coilovers to turn.....

my friend works at VW so he did them in his lunch hour! but there are a couple of garages around here that dont mind doing the stretch...the best thing to do i think is to just go into the place and say you want a 195/45 or whatever on your wheel then let them get on with it and dont mention stretching.
