Can 18s fit on a polo with no rubbing?

Hi ive got a polo GT130 and was wondering if a set of 18" alloys will fit on my car if so what size of tyres will be needed and what alloys are good.

Im thinking of BBS alloys.

yes they will ive got 215/35/18 on mine no scrubing at all and ive lowerd 40mm is yours is the gt so there lowerd 30mm i think as standard im not sure tho but it would look sweet

Sport model inc GT are only lowered by 15mm.

Cheers guys i just need to save up the cash now to buy 18s. Im thinking of the bbs golf aniversary wheels. pics will be on when i get them. yes it is a POLO GT i have got.
