depending on where you get your grill from, it usually comes with a little pastic bit which you stick onto the bonnet.
i got one from venom motorsport, came with the plastic bit, you need to spray it though.

fairly easy, just sand it down a bit, spray primer, sand, paint, sand, paint, sand, laquer, wet sand, laquer.

paint, primer, sandpaper (not the sutff in wickes, b&q) are all available in halfords.

if you want you can have a metal plate welded in place, but it means having your bonnet painted, which could prove costly, and you wont have the option of reverting back to the orignal grill either.

Standard grill looks best imo. Only debadged one I'd consider is a Kamei, but then it does have a small badge on it

kamei looks good, ive got some other brand which looks exatcly like kamei, but no badge. im not to keen on those small kamei badges, for some reason they just look that little bit chavvy.

prefer a clean look like this

standard honeycomb look good as well, but yet again not to my taste. theyre a bit too oem. you could try even a black badge. they go well with the standard honeycomb grill.
