Duncan's G60'd G40:

Me racing Henry (14.2 and 14.9 respectively):

Me and Robin:

I got a new best time of 14.0849s @ 99.14mph, and Duncan was damn close to that too! Need to sort out my gearing, was having to hang on to 4th beyond the powerband hence not quite cracking the 100mph terminals.

Only did 7 runs, whilst staging for the 8th the throttle cable jumped off - which I fixed, but decided to to call it a day. Have done around 750 miles in the car in 3 days, so decided it'd earned a rest. Still, I won the sub-1400cc modified/forced induction class - so was happy.

I was having a look around the red G40 on your stand, J***NEW I think the reg was - very tidy car! Did the red glass sunroof come with the car?

That'd be mine mate! glad you liked it! the sunroof i believe is a dealer fitted option and they did some colour coded. its not factory, but its still fairly rare i believe. only seen a couple of others.

got some pics of your motor on the track, will post them up at some point!

Seriously though, looked like a good day - some good pictures there - and the weather couldn't have been better for you - shame I missed it.

Also who was that racing again SiDaBa - Didnt recognise the car but saw he was on the stand? Presume he's had it mapped or something then, as it seemed a bit quick for a standard 1.9TDI 100PD
And SiDaBa What time did you get (0-60 and 1/4 mile) - assuming they give you that info.

Also Raven GT, liking the colour coded grill 8)

Doug - In Photobucket if you tick all the pics you want (or use select all or whatever) if you click on the button at the bottom that says "Generate HTML and IMG Code" in there it brings up all the IMG code for your pictures. There is one section that says "IMG clickable thumbnails for message boards" and if you use copy that code and paste it in here it does it for you.

Hope that actually makes sense
