"right to end auction" can also be effectively a reserve, he might not sell if it's too cheap.

pick that up though and it's a steal!

time to report him to ebay - it was at 123 pounds or something with 20 mins to go.

that was his effective reserve, look at the cancellation reason:

SOLD ELSEWHERE

people shouldn't be able to do that on ebay.
