help needed here guys plz asap !

what do you guys think the chances of being let of 3 points and 60quid fine is, the other nite i got pulled and accussed of being on phone although ive got a built in handsfree kit in my car which comes through the stereo and speakers, im finking of going to a solisitor and seeing what they think !!
although i can get a statement from 02 it show i made a phone call 3-4 mins before hand for roughly 1 minute......

any suggestions ??

Well with your built in handsfree I think you got a better chance than most others mate. Not sure though mate, worth a try.

i reckon if u can prove that you had a handsfree kit installed before the date of the offence
and they didnt see it at your ear
you have a very strong case

Exactly......if they say, they seen you on the phone between whatever time it was, they will just check the phone records with your tariff. If it shows you were on the phone at the time they stated, i would seriously doubt you'd have a leg to stand on.
