do you like?,

> clean standard cars?

>tuned engines?

>modded or custom?

i want everyone's opinions,
mine's modded coz i think custom is too much when ur putting different lights in from different cars, like in fast car & pax mower!!!

As long as it looks good, I like it.

I have a few things planned for the Golf, but prefer to leave the polo standard :)

i prefer subtle changes to the out side, i reckon u should be proud of the make of ur car! but i do like the idea of a hardcore tuned engine! wolf in sheeps clothing i think is the saying right?

custom but tasteful, not about hoooooge jap spoiler, massive bookshelf front bumper and rear bumper with more holes than a golf course, and a limited number of tailpipes, oh and definately against spinnerz wheels :x haha not too over the top nice n subtle. oh and definately no graphics!!!

I like a nice clean original car with a mild lowering job. And perhaps a hint of more power ?.

modded. custom. aint it all the same?

my golf is 'modded' and 'customised' to my own tastes..

i think that changing headlights can work.. i think that there is some pretty major body mods that can look really good..

just not always.

some people with their quests to be different can really make their cars look wronk.

take mynheer for example.

why??

very well executed stuff, but just looks like arse.

I like a bit of anything. To be honest it depends on the car you're looking at.

i like german style cars. Low and wide, clean bodywork, detailed finishing, ..

A tuned engine doesn't do it for me, as long as it has enough hp to get from point A to B in a nice way it's alright with me(cfr my 1.4tdi 75hp)

i believe that all modding can depend on the car! some cars look better heavily modded while others look better with just subtle changes. i said earlier that i would rather just have subtle changes to a car, but i think wot i ment was to a polo, if for example, i had a supra or skyline, i would have to say i would put the body kit on n the large exhaust! one thing i must admit i am not keen on is small cars with huge bodykits and i'm not that keen on converting lights and that stuff!

by the way, this is my 300th post

You'll hate Essex then, it is full of the nightmare that is Max Power/Fast Car/Redline bad mods (some do look smart, but most are hideous)

tip:lexus lights look good on a lexus, not a saxo/corsa/106

I'd rather a car looked subtle and leave me at the lights (not the easiest thing), than a car that is all mouth and no trousers (a tricked up motor with its owner reving the fcuk out of the 1.0 litre engine just to stay 50 yards away when i've given up)

Like i said some do look nice, but the majority look awful, who in their right mind would put wings west bumpers on a metallic blue 5 door fiesta finesse and not spend the money to get it sprayed properly (who in their right mind would get a fiesta?)
