new boy on here, hello!
greetings people, im mike, and i drive a mk1 polo. its a 1981 W reg with 37500 miles on the clock. you may have seen it for sale in the classifieds in PVW just before christmas. its light metallic green with lots of chrome trim. condition is pretty damn good for a 26 year old car, only a few little spots of surface rust that will be sorted soon. the car currently has a german -60mm kit, but i recently bought a set of custom made Gaz coilovers with full height/rebound adjustment. cant wait to get them on the car! ive also got a set of Pirelli Pslot alloys being mirror polished at the mo, they will be wearing 175/50/14 Pirelli P6000 tyres. thats as far as the mods have gone at the mo, but eventually i would like to have a nice custom leather interior, and if the 895cc beast of an engine ever gives up on me, an engine conversion could be on the cards. ill post up some pics soon.
