lowered suspension
lowered suspension
want to lower the ride height a bit, dont want coilovers, or a rock hard ride, i am old an my fillings will fall out, any advice will be great

If you keep them clean from dirt and debris, and regularly oil them up, you can adjust them later in life... not that you will
Steve, go for a fully ride- and height-adjustable kit from the likes of H&R or better still KW and you will be able to adjust the ride comfort as well as the height. Both kits have good reviews from members on these boards.
I'm running FK Konigsports (the stainless-steel-plated type) and have no complaints. I feel every single bump in the road of course but it isn't any more uncomfortable over the average British road than the standard setup. Just keep 'em peeled for those potholes!
