is it possible to fit this, if so anyone have a part number and price, also any other oem mods you can think of ?,
Here's the guide from the DIY Guides section. CLICKY!
But I think the pics aren't working anymore.
What mark or year is your Polo?
Hope that helps,
Steve
EDIT: Just checked, its a 6N2/ mk5 GTI, so that guide does apply to you

It's not *that* much bigger than the grab handle it replaces in all honesty, but I guess if you are tall enough and/or you don't have the seat placed very low then it may be an issue? Its not for me though
Alun is spot on, I do have one in my car and did have some photos online somewhere on this forum! Here's one of them:

One thing that you must make sure that you do if you fit one is to use the original (shorter) screws that were holding the grab handle on. The (longer) screws that come with the sungalsses holder will be too long for the job and may puncture the roof
so use the shorter ones!
VAG part number for this item is 1J0-857-465 I believe, that is what is printed on the box that mine came in at least!
Hope this is all of some use
I use my "sunglasses" holder to store my glasses - they are slim enough to fit in
Cheers
