I was on ebay earlier, and found this auction will be ending soon. People have bidded up to £44 for a mk1 golf gti brochure, which I believe it was free to pick up from the VW dealer in 80s. I cannot believe it is going for that silly price. Unbelievable!!!

1. People like to collect things like brochures,
2. It's for the Campaign model, so there's less of them in general,
3. You can't exactly go down to VW and pick one up today.
So basic supply and demand would mean if it's going for that, someone want's it that much!
Which means I'm going to wait a few years before selling the hardback Mercedes-Benz brochures I have.

Yeah, Redline is correct, it's amazing what you can see however, I sold a brochure for the Nissan Skyline GTR R34 model from the 2001 Motorshow and it managed to reach over £7! I think I also sold an 2000 Honda Integral Type-R brochure for £5. If you can pick up a few from special edition models and are willing to wait you could earn a few bucks. I just had the brochures because I was interested in them but turned out to be a nice little earner!
