My Cleaned Gti

Post by polo_gti21 »

just thought i would post a few pics to show you lot my motor as i havent really had the time to get it lookin clean and tidy like this for a while. its running a powerflow cat back system(sounds like a beast), jamex colies for the time being(just a quick fix as a mate gave them to me), rolling road tuned by power engineering 135bhp/133lbs of tourqe. k&n panel filter(soon to be CDA induction) refurbed bbs, inside alpine dvd screen,ps2, screen in boot and my own custom 15" diamond boot build soon some big mods after my trip to miami and apart from that a brillant motor proud to own her for 3yrs. :D
hope you like.

cheers for the positive feeback people answers to some of your questions

pip polo - the front tints look way over the limit but when your inside its like lookin thru a clear window passed the filth test (police). plus i didnt want a car with tints but my dad brought the car as a surprise and it happend to have tints on so couldnt just take them off straight away but will do soon 3yrs on :) .

way z - yeah its custom mate powerflow made it had problems at first but its all sorted now. wheel centers are anfisite grey :? not sure how to spell it. powder coated but spit and polish lips by myself. plus 80 new spline bolts for all 5 wheels.

dubpolo - cheers mate its gettin there and as for that stupid txt writing above i dont know, ithought that he wanted a pic of the windscreen then relised it was the head unit he was on about.

tell me bout it, got the bolts from just matz http://www.justmatz.co.uk/products_specials.html
item 43 mate werent cheap but worth it. size 8 spline you can get a set from halfords for £20 but if you know any mechanics they should have 1.

I thought he'd say Just Matz, if I were you Andy I'd try MS Tuning first (they're the official UK distributors of BBS).

I got my chrome BBS centre caps from them because they were cheaper than Just Matz. Their number is 01375 362828.
