There is a small tab behind the badge at the top, you can get to this by lifting the bonnet and slipping your hand down the back of the grill. Give it a squeeze while turning the badge anti-clockwise. Turn the badge about a quarter turn and should then just pull out.Jeff GTi wrote:how does the badge come off?

i did consider the black badge look or even red inside and black outside to match the grill bar, but just thought ...naaaa
so put it back on and leaving it chrome haha
may buy another badge complete and paint than one black so i can swap and change
only problem at £13 on e bay and £3 postage then plus paint, its a little pricey
