Cupra seats

Im sure there is someone on here that has fitted Ibiza Cupra seats in their polo.

Was it a straight forward fit?

That sounds interesting, I don't see why it would be a major problem, they do share alot fitting's etc

Pretty sure it'll be exactly the same process as fitting TT/A3 seats etc

same platform I think the ibiza and polo so shouldnt be too difficult

Ebay for Â£275

Like I say Im pretty sure its the same platform so it should be straight forward and Im sure there is someone on here that has already done this.

Only bought them cos my drivers seat has a major gangster lean on it and I cant find a relacement anywhere.

There was a lad on here selling some reeeeallly nice cupra R seats for Â£180

Still dont think they are sold! Do a search in the for sale forum

im the guy! i fitted a set of these to mine just after christmas!!

its pretty straight forward really!!

the fronts are a straight swap!!

the back is a little more challenging the backrests are hard to get out as the clips holding them in are really hard to get out! but once you have got those out the back rests go straight in!

the only bit that needs modifying is the actual seat bit in the back! the clips that attach them are slightly different on the ibiza they are actual brakcets that bolt to the car floor! and in the polo its just pins that clip into brackets! what i did was simply chop off the brackets with a small hacksaw and they clip in fine!!

they look amazing and are so comfy!!

are you the same Polo GTi off Demon Vw??

lovin the seats! if only they didn hav cupra on it, but it wouldn really bother me. A+. where the expensive?

Nah there was a lad selling the new style ones on here for 180 quid! They looked awesome! Thnik it was the lad with the black GTI on D90's???

Silky was selling Leon Cupra R seats. these wouldn't be a straight swap into a polo unfortunately!

Yep, same guy off DemonVW.

Cheers for the pics and the advice. Hopefully have them fitted for Inters if I get them in time.

Leon Cupra R seats are 5 door only and are cloth not half leather.
