gear box from cleckheaton Gearbox Centre

I ordered a gearbox from these people about 2 weeks ago on a Thursday and received it on the Saturday, so was pleased with the service and the price at £360 incl. delivery. I got the gearbox fitted and was happy with it. I then drove the car on the motorway the next day and the 4th and 5th gears were the same, no diffrent in ratio. So i rang them every day last week and the receptionist said "i'll get Paul to ring you back" but now i am still waiting for them to ring me back.

The only thing i don't understand is that i still got the old gearbox to give back to them. What do you reckon i should do?

when i had my GTI I had the box refurbed by these people THREE times and the next owner had it done from them twice AS WELL!!

they were friendly enough on the phone but sometimes took me days trying to phone them and they NEVER returned phone calls. VERY frustrating company!!!

ive used em in the past as i live about 1/2 mile away from em,,,always beign ok really.
