Si_GTi has new wheels!

Post by Si_GTi »

Well I've had these for a while but it is only now that they have gone on the car. Big thanks to sally_healey and co who all helped out.

BBS RM012s, in the original 15x6.5, refurbished with polished (and lacquered) outers and shot-blast and powdercoated silver centres:

Apologies for the camera phone image but I will take some better ones at the weekend, or if you are at Inters you will see it on the uk-polos.net stand!

All I need to do now is sort out some new centre caps (haven't got time before Inters but may sort some whilst there). I'm still using the original BBS bolts and these will not change now until next year, I don't want to split the wheels already after only just having had them put on!

I've sold the black G60s so will be looking for winter wheels when the time comes...

Thoughts?

Looking good Si 8)

For centre caps, try MS Tuning 01375 362828 (cheaper than Just Matz and are the official BBS distributor)

Very nice Si. 8)

I emailed MS Tuning and they replied saying they don't supply replacement bolts for the BBS alloys! :? Are they telling porky pies to me?

Tom, I tried MS Tuning but they can't get hold of the centre caps as they are no longer in production? Going to speak to Justmatz whilst I'm at Inters to see about metal (billet?) caps instead  otherwise there are some genuine new RM centre caps on the 'bay :)

Cheers
