Tinted rear light for 6n2 polo

Post by Bryony84 »

Anyone know where I can get tinted rear light for my GTI? Saw some polos with nice ones at inters at the weekend and thought they would look good with my red and black theme on the polo!

I think the ones you are referring to are made by Hella. They are sold by Awesome Gti, but you can probably find them cheaper elsewhere.

Those are nice - quite tempted cos it would be a bit different to the hellas - how come you aren't running them on your car?

I had them on with the black steels. To be honest it all got a bit too black so I swapped back to standard lights and obviously now the BBS are on too. Not sure they work with the polished wheels?

They are about as black as you can tint before losing the reflectiveness of the lights!

Agreed, that's why I decided against fitting mine when I got the car and saw how good the standard ones look :D
