bent outer lips on RM's..problem?

Hi guys, i purchased some RM's a little while back now, stuck them on to find the front two outer rims are buckled, enough so you could see it whilst driving. I took it to my local mechanic who assured me they wouldnt be a problem?

It goes away when i'm braking.....just had my new pads & discs fitted?
