the plastic bit on the bumper and doors?

the plastic bit on the bumper and doors how hard is it to take them off and put them back on?
any help would be great thanks

I'm sure they just clip in - so they should come off easily.

Make sure you get something to pry it with a nice wide flat surface and get something behind the tools to prevent scratches!

you won't get the bumper ones off easily without taking the bumper off and releasing them from behind - the clips look pretty one way to me!

door ones are just stuck on and have locator lugs

I bought a fresh textured set from VW for about £80, then sanded them down myself. took ages.

when I got the votex kit sprayed and fitted, I asked them to do the strips at the same time.... much easier 8)
