hey i just split up from a girl that was pregnant but not with my bby hence the reason why we split but i only found out wen we just argued but ive done nuthing i take her ut for meals buy her wat she wanted and everything i gave her everything she wanted and did everything she asked me anyways she was the reason y i avent been spendin on the car and things thing is she accused me of cheating all becuase of my job i work as a floor layer and i was fittin a floor for a woman anyways im workin away and law and behold the gf now ex knocks on da door and the woman was a young lady about 21 years old answers it with a towel round all i hear is them 2 at it on the doorstep so i gos to help out my customer and told me ex gf to go home anyways thats how the whole thing started but it was her that hurt me like hell first starting that then tellin me its my child she was avin im now in debt by 2 grand the olny way to get out of it is either sell me quadbike or ma car dam this girl and i cud end up havin a bad name reputation 4 my company 4 avin a fight with ma customer now i know not all girls are the same but all i do is treat em right and everythingand all i get is s*** on by em and we was together from scool and im now 19 my bday next week

Either way, as long as you know for certain this kid is nothing to do with you, then I wouldn't worry. Tell her to get lost, and to take a paternity test.

hey guys just got bk from being in the F***** Cells shes getting me done and taking me to court coz i just went overbord coz of all her stunts and ranting and ravin in ma face tellin me im scum and s*** so i smacked he in the mouth gud and proper and wat from i hear i bust her lips broke her nose and give her a black eye and all her face is black and blue yer i know my own fualt but wers the justice wen i av 3 chucks of skin missin out of ma arms and legs and a big gash on ma head wen she threw a plate at me and smashed on me head it hurt and all the coppers wer sayin was itl stop bleedin in a hour or 2 cheeky f***s now ive got to go court 2 days be4 ma bday as its a demestic abuse charge lets just hope gods on myside for this and i still av to sell me quadbike and some other things to pay my solisitor

why the f**k did you do that? i know she is a bad woman but the best thing you could of done was when you knew, just packed up and walked away. Should of refused to have anything to do with her, cut all ties and just walk away!!!!

Not big or clever.

Despite the fact she may have aggravated you, provocation is not a general defence in law. You're in a rather poor situation, because as noted above you're possibly looking at Actual Bodily Harm, due to the injuries you appear to have caused, which is a pretty serious offence.

dispite all the damage done to me was done first eg plate threw at me and her biting me shes in ma face shouting at me i had to shut her up and that was the only way seen as she pushed me everywer into walls into my car breakin me front window and me back window with chucking bricks at my car my pride and joy i av worked so dam hard for and some of ulot turn round and blame me yeri know im in the wrong i wud never hit a girl ever but i snapped and im takin anger management courses which takes guts but its not that if a girls big enuf to give punches and do damages then shes big enuf to get it bk i am the quiet type i know wen im in the wrong i apologise but wen i hit her i apologised but shes smirkin away sayin ive got u by the balls now and by mentally thinkin she has i know she as but shes not exactly a small defensive lass she bigish and has fites with lads anyways i know its not an excuse yer ur right i do deserve wat i get coz i know its wrong but wat u lot seem to miss is say if you provoked im sure u wud do tha same and nobody puts up with the stress as i av done i run my own firm as a sub contractor and works low moneys tite and outputs are thru the roof and i just ad my mum dying of cancer just last week and avin to look after a dad that mopes around allday i know i shud be firm with him but hes my dad and he wud do the same if i was in his shoes

Agree what other's have said, i really hope you get the book thrown at you. People aggravate me on a daily basis but smacking them in the mouth is not the solution to anything.

Hindsight is a wonderful think i know, but you should have been the person to walk out when she is throwing stuff around or call the police and let them deal with her.

Posting on here what you've done and have the audacity to expect sympathy is just plain idiotic - do you really expect people to agree and say 'yeah, what a b***h! Hope you get off scott free in court mate!'.
