Service Light

Post by chrisash32 »

Afternoon all!
I have just had a quick search and couldnt find anything that stood out answering my question.
So here it goes!!

Staceys car is having a self service on it tomorrow.......
Anyone know how to turn the service indicator off without a VAG Com?

Cheers

Chris

that's the mk4 and mk5 guide, the mk6 is different

it's in the manual somewhere, and involves holding the button but turning it to the right once the ignition is on

All sorted, thanks!

1) Press and hold button in front of speedo
2) At the same time - start the ignition
3) when eng is running twist the button to the right

Thanks

You don't need to turn the motor on, just put the key on the last position before ignition :P
