Recommendations - please help!

Post by Bryony84 »

Hi everyone, this will sound a bit odd, but I will explain by the end of the week.

Could you possibly PM me with recommendations for the following services for vag cars, doesn't matter where in the UK these are, but you need to have used their company rather than just heard that they are good off a mate.

Garage for servicing/conversions/lowering etc
Wheel and Tyre centre for tyres/fitting/alignment etc
Wheel refurbishers
Parts suppliers
Bodyshop for repairs/modifications/spraying

Thanks very much in advance

Here's one I used:

Auto Techniks
18b Oldfields Trdg Est
Sutton
Surrey
SM1 2NS

Owned by a chap called Mark. He really knows his stuff about VW's and he fitted my H&R springs last year. They're very competitive on pricing, and he has some nice air-cooled VW's at the shop too; he has a 14 second 1/4 mile splitty pickup

I'll have a looksee tomorrow. I'm pretty sure my Dad had some photos on one of his old phones. I'm sure there may be some on Volkszone as well :)
