Hi all,
i have a 2002 9n polo 1.9TDI and im getting bored of its standard-ness.
What things can i do to get some more power out of it without spending silly money and does anyone have any rims for sale that would fit?
Ive heard about using a PD160 intake....cant find one anywhere....anyone got one to sell?
cheers,
Dan

Hi mate, for the pd160 intake PM the guy from VAG parts in that section of the forum and he'll set up an order for you.
Failing that, go to www.vagparts.com & look under polo, then engine and its the only mod on there its £32.88 + VAT.
Bearing in mind it will be cheaper if you do it through the forum!
Hope this helps, Meeks.

get it remapped, power for pound it's the best solution. you can spent 90 quid on an air intake and filter to get 3bhp, or 300 on an exhaust for 8bhp,
a remap is 200-250 and gets 30bhp and way more torque over the entire rev range.
it may be more than you want to spend but the end result is worth it.
