What you need are some 185/45 tyres and get the arches rolled, you'll be able to drive at that height with no problems :)

Looking good, but so loooow!

If or when you raise it up a touch, it'll look quite like mine :P except with a bit more dish!

I need my arches rolling before I go lower...

love that stance Shanty! but it must be nearly undriveable surely? and it can't be at its highest setting, it must be at its lowest!

well here what it looks like behind the wheel:

There is thread there but I think the spring is already all the way so i cant make the car any higher! I am right in saying you are supposed to wind it down to make the car higher right?

Looking good... and I thought mine was low!

You'll definitely need the arches rolled, probably even if you go a bit higher, it cost me £100 to get it done on mine so its not too expensive. don't even think about carrying people in the back until its a bit higher and the arches are done, even with mine how it is now, it scrubbed on bumps in the road this afternoon with 4 people in!

cheers bryony, but what worries me is i took it for a quick drive & literally took half my tread off the outside of my tyres & the bodywork/wing came away from the arch slightly! i imagine even if the arches get rolled that will still happen ?

My god that is low! Looking awesome though.

As for the ride height and adjusting the coilies, simply loosen off the lower locking nut, then wind up the top one! The spring will just compress a little more so you might find the ride a little stiffer! Looking at the pic, looks like you could drop your car to around -120mm! 8) Get some 13" alloys and keep it slammed!

haha i love my rims too much to do that! i just had a go & had no problem raising it another few mil so obviously the guy that fitted them wasnt too clued up with coilies. Doesn't look too much higher either!!

I only get rubbing on big bumps and turning over 20 mph! perfect!

when it comes to adjusting them in small amounts liek this, do you then have to get your camber and tracking done again?
