Its not confirmed yet, but other papers are pretty adimant it is. if it wasn't, surely it would have been confirmed i.e. colin step forward to say he was ok. they're are rumours that his 5 year old son were also killed in the crash.

It's some very sad news indeed, it's a shame to lose such a talented driver.
Also, Prodrive boss Dave Richards escaped unhurt from another helicopter crash.
