Which headunit to get with £100 to spend?

Looking to get rid of the standard headunit and get a new one with about £100 to spend. Any advice on the best ones out there?

Also, what else do you guys recommend gets changed? (ie. speakers, add a subwoofer etc?)

I reckon you could add a small 10" sub for that money, which would IMO be a better move.
