Bye Bye Polo....

Post by chrisash32 »

Well well guys,
Looks like the relationship with my Polo has been short lived, but never the less it has been soooo fun! It also has been my gateway to making allot of new friends! and a friend i feel like i have known for years!!

I take my final drive in the Polo in 2 weeks.... and then i am going over to the other side... (have you guessed what yet?.. - no cheating dino!)
I had planned to keep my Polo allot longer, but size has started to become an increasingly big problem, so it really has become time to move on.

It will mean that there will be a couple of things for sale, more than likely just my wheels because as you know, the Polo spirit is still in the family with Stacey's trusty old 9n. I would put the wheels on hers, but insurance just wont allow it at the moment!
So it wont be the end of me on this forum and defiantly not the end of us at the shows! I will still be in VAG anyway, so we might just have to take two cars! lol.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for all the help they have been with my Polo and possible mods etc etc! Just gives me an excuse to start on Stacey's now! yay!

Thanks

Chris

Ooh, nicely. I like the look of the new generation Seat's. Does it have those funky front wipers which hide behind the A pillars? And it's in the best colour too 8)

It look like it does - yes very nice indeed. And the colour is just very tasteful :D:D Is that a 175brake?

Yes the wipers are soooo kewl!!!!

HP..... Initially i thought it was a 140.. but it doesn't feel like it to drive, as my old car was about the same and this would of wiped it clean off the line!!
There were no details on the car anyway for me to find out and the dealer didn't know either. So i was going to call SEAT this morning and ask them.

I don't want to wait 2 weeks!!!!! 12 days to goooo........
