Any1 know where to get an adaptor plug for the standard CD changer to a pioneer head unit?

Im not too sure there is one to do it that way. I know you can do it from pioneer changer to VW HU but the other way is pretty uncommon!

im beginning to think that. cant seem to find 1 anywhere. oh well i might just have to live with it, got other problems that are more neeeding of my attention!
