personalised numberplate ideas?

Post by vwdan »

Hey
Been thinking of getting a personalised numberplate for my car but I am stuck on ideas...

name: dan ruffles
dob: 12/10/85 (today :) )
drives: Cooper 1.6 (previously 6n2 owner before I get any abuse lol)

any ideas? I have seen a few plates ending in RUF going quite cheap (£250 mark)

Thanks all

Probably stating the obvious but D### RUF or something ending in DAN, but that would probably be more expensive.

I saw D3 RUF which i liked the look of.

Was £500 though

Anything with DAN on is quite pricey

Oh right yeah I saw the G60s. I will still be about. See what ppl are doing to there Polo's!

I miss it in a way especially the economy of the TDI but the mini is quite fun to drive and the handling is all there.

Its better for my sis and she does a lot more miles than me and her old civic was pretty knackered!

Heres a pic from the mini configurator cd of what my cooper looks like!
I will have to try and get a proper pic...

Oh really? I will have to get a proper pic and put a post up to see if he see's it! ha! There is some light marks on it here and there but i suppose its a 51 plate and its gettin on a bit now. Still keeps a solid look though

Done 55k miles which isnt really bad for the age. Has the chilli pack too!

I was expecting the whole "girls car" talk lol

I have had it from a few people but im not fussed. Im liking it! (The car that is) lol

yeah that was one of my main reasons against it, the first set of new minis arent ugly, and if you can deal with the banter from your mates then its a good buy, can't complain 10k for a bmw engine especially with the cover they do, pay for everything that goes wrong in the first 5 years or something like that!

Anyway good luck with it!
