HELP

Started my polo up today and on the dash i get the CHECK light come up even when the car is started, could someone help me and tell me what it telling me to check ?

I just turned my PC on ... and it is now saying "ERROR"

Do you know whats up ?

Its an engine check light, it can be a number of things. IE mine is on the now because HT Lead one is arching out and needs replaced - there is probably 100000 other things it might be. You would probably be best getting someone in ur area with VAG COM to check out the ECU on your car for cheap beer money , or to take it to a VW garage and have them read it - approx 50quid.

. But today when i drove it down the road and brought it back it went off so i dunno whats going off lol

They can just randomly come on and go off!
