Electric Window broken

Hi all,

Pulled up in the shopping centre yesterday and went to open the drivers side window and it seems to want to go but wont.

Is there any common faults with the electric windows. Has anyone had any problems.

Any suggestions. A new motor and regultor is Â£191

Had an issue with mine where it just spazed out if I tried to raise the window....

Turned out to be the switch in the door....easily sorted..

Check the wiring between the chassis and the door through the wiring block.

Also, the motors can get a little worn - the cogs are replaceable, you just need to get them out of the 6n repair kit and all will work fine.
