Black interior touches

Post by h4r1s »

Got another couple of very small updates

Basically my interior trim was in quite bad condition, most of it had peeled and didn't look good generally so i got out some wet&dry, plastic primer and matt black paint :)

here's what the bits look like before i started defacing them...

And after a couple of coats it looked new :D now hopefully the my door handles won't peel either, this was just supposed to be a cheap fix since i was going to spray the tweeters black anyway since mk4 golf ones didn't fit. i may still buy new handles though as it makes the nearby switches etc. look old :?

To finish off the black touches i got a black rear view mirror as well, definately makes it look much more discreet

And finally my custom made flashing blue led for my alarm 8)

Thanks, Haris

Not sure about the mirror, But i think Bepe might be right it does look like the one from a mk3 golf, but Alex should be able to tell you which one it is for definate, as he sorted me out with it, Cheers Alex 8)

I did get the some black mk4 golf tweeter trim, but it didn't fit as it was too flat compared to the ones on the polo if you know what i mean  left quite a big gap between the doorcard, but you are more than welcome to buy them off me :P (i'm joking, won't fit very well at all)

I think you can get all black interior trim from Germany (i.e. sun visors, alarm sensors, etc)
