Brake Discs

Hi guys, apologies if this has been asked before, I couldnt find anything on it.

Where is the best place to buy replacement Discs and Pads from and what price should I expect to pay? I have been quoted Â£150 for front discs alone, and thought that it was a bit OTT.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers guys.

I checked on GSF and they do brembo discs for Â£20 each, i'm sure the gti and SE brakes are the same, but someone can confirm that.

have you considered the G60 brake conversion?

maybe a little pricey for what your looking for, but a nice mod never the less, theres loads of info of it on here

I have thought about the G60 conversion, but can't really justify the cost at this moment in time - I may be selling the Polo in February because I'll be getting a company car - nothing is set in stone yet, but it's a possiblity, so no point in upgrading if I wont see the benefit long term. I have thought about it though.
