Yet again another noise!!! Help!!!

Hi Guys,

can you help!!! A strange almost hissing noise is coming from the drivers side wheel noticed it when my window was down at a drive through. it happens when the car is at a stand still and cant really hear it when the window is up or the car is moving. any ideas???

Also the 1,000,000 question is the only replacement gearbox for the polo gti the origional gearbox for the polo gti.

Help appreciated.

Second question: yes it is the only gearbox and will cost you well over 1k I've heard for a new one. I'm not sure if you can even get new ones anymore
