reason for sale: iam getting a mk3 golf at an exceptional price for a tdi so iam after that for the mpg, there is nothing wrong with this car I just fancy the tdi
Wheels: its on the standard 14 inch steels at the moment with a cream dish and cap and grey centre
Good points: very well looked after mk2. Outside is in great shape for its age. the engine runs great and the inside is really well looked after(very clean) .in the last 12 months it has had a:
New battery fitted.
New starter motor fitted.
Full new exhaust from engine block back(with g60/gti manifold and straight through system to a standard genuine gti backbox)
2 new front tyres.
Now I have a garage load of parts to go with this the car however can go without the parts:
brand new set of coilovers
16v front anti roll bar
Genuine whel bearing…(needs to be fitted as getting loud)
black carpets front to back
black turret carpets
black parcel shelf and supports
black flat boot carpet with spacesaver wheel
black c pillar trim
big bumpers in atlas grey
boot plinth in atlas grey
m3 style rear lights
Debadged grille (single headlight)
Gti 8valve camshaft
Aerowipers all round
Some of the above are fitted and make a great difference to the interiors looks
Bad points:
tiny rust patch on roof about the size of a small button(will probably machine polish out) slight scratch on lower rear panel and a small dint on the nearside wing, windscreen has a small chip but has never bothered me and got through the mot
