Cruise Control WOW

Hello

Today i have installed the Cruise Control System, i don't know how to tell, but it's really wonderful.

It took my about 2 hours to install it as if it's factory original equipement

Really very nice

Anyone tried before in his Polo? of Course 6N2 GTI :)

In egypt not that much

The stack you need is: 6K5 953 503 AJ

Do you have a GTI?

If so, i can help you step by step to have it installed

You can do it in the GTI, costs over £100 I think

I quite fancy the idea of cruise control but not sure how much use I'd get from it. Nice to have though! :D

I've seen it talked about on here before,

Awesome GTi quoted £175+VAT at the time, so i assume it will be around that, but if you can do a DIY guide that would be awesome, I assume its a matter of pressing the right buttons in VAG-COM?

Does it use up an extra MPG? if so how much?

Cruise control is excellant, I have it in my new Golf. I would imagine it uses less mpg as its maintaining the same speed all the time, but its not really noticeable. Its very clever though, you get to the speed you want, press the set button and then you can speed up or slow down using the buttons if there is traffic you are keeping speed with.

Its VERY useful in average speed camera areas!

ah cool, yeh i know it uses more MPG, (i can remember watching a top gear episode when it was mentioned haha), but if it's an insignificant amount than thats awseme
