vw polo help
hey i got a vw polo 1.4 8v yr 2000 car its the 6n2 model and im looking to improve the performance anyone know where i can get this done and whether i could put an induction kit in???
I have 1, Unfortunatley i have found it hard getting bits for it so im also interested in this post.
I think K&N do an airfilter for it. What about one of these so called universal fitting ones.
The other thing you can do is buy an induction kit for a different car but similar fittings and make it fit. This is a bit easier when you know someone that works in a performance garage though.

yeah i struggled for ages to find an induction kit and cool-air ducting for my polo 6n2 1.0litre
i think i got it from www.demontweeks.co.uk but i could be wrong, and im sure if you ring them up they'll be able to sort out an induction kit for your stated model
the only drawback to fitting an induction kit was that i had to remove the whole engine cover and old filter leaving an ugly space!
and then bolting the filter straight onto the carb, boy does it roar now!
