9n 1.4 FSI Sport Questions
Hey Guys
Just bought a Mark 6 Polo 1.4FSI Sport in black, but i am unsure whats different on the sport to say a standard 1.4s.
Any one got a brochure that will tell me, or even some one who straight up knows lol? I'm guessing lower suspension?
How do peopel find the 1.4fsi performs, on the test drive i was responsibly nippy compared to my 1 litre.
Also will the audi tt pedals fit over the existing pedals i ahve now?
Also any one got any pics of the 9N Front door frame trim that vag parts sell, fitted?
Much Appreciated

I have a 2003 one here (available for a limited time only!)PHILIP1193 wrote:Any one got a brochure
It's reasonably nippy, just don't try and beat anyone off the lights. Best run on premium fuel, only ever put v power in mine (ok one occasion it had £5 worth of texaco).PHILIP1193 wrote:How do peopel find the 1.4fsi performs, on the test drive i was responsibly nippy compared to my 1 litre.
Yep straight on.PHILIP1193 wrote:Also will the audi tt pedals fit over the existing pedals i ahve now?

Ill try and run it on premium fuel from Shell and BP as they are the only two garages i ever fill up at.
Really looking forward to getting the car now. Once again mate much appreciated for all your input.
Does the better fuel really make the difference?
Of course photos will be up soon as iv got it home and cleaned it
quick note, can some one permanently host this file and sticky link it at top of this forum as its real useful
Phil
No problems, I would definitely run it on premium fuel if possible. Seems to make the engine more responsive. A good addition is a k&n panel filter which slightly improves throttle response too.
I'll leave the brochure hosted if people find it useful (and don't get sued by VW!).
When do you pick it up?

2nd of feb mate. Got the chrome grill for it from vag parts as well as the cubby box mod. Its only just covered 18k miles and the garage imgetting it from are doing a long life service on the car included in the cost of buying it.
Also giving it a mop
to remove any swirls there are.
Maybe worth creating a thread and pming a mod to sticky it as far as the brochure goes as trust me i looked every where for one and your the only person who seams to have one on the web
so deffo worth a sticky in my book.
Awesome GTI have the filters for £33 so i may get one and put it in, supposedly a 3bhp gain too, but tbh i wouldn't even notice that, but been more responsive is always nice.
