lowering springs

ive seen lowering springs by fk for a fair price, but am wondering if it is easy to fix them, can anyone fit them or is it a specialised job

If they are anything like the Fabia lowering springs (which they should be) they will be a pain in the bottom, as they have a different spring set up to older cars, but that is what a Skoda dealer told me when i asked about how easy it was.

I took mine to a garage and they took 2.5 hours to fit. They said the back ones went on no problems but had grief with the fronts.
