The 16x6.5 is certainly not a problem. ET 41 means they will sit further In than my wheels (for example) Think mine are ET 33 or 35.

What is the ofset of your standard wheels?

the wheel mounts onto the hub 41mm from the centreline of the wheel

the higher the figure the more the wheel sits into the arch.

they will fit without spacers, however personally I would put 8mm spacers on them to reduce the offset and make the wheel stick out into the road more.

Yeah they should be fine as long as they clear the brakes (which i reckon they will). You'll need quite wide spacers to get them sitting nicely especially as they are 6.5 with a lowish ofset.
