Hi does the GTi have drivers door priority unlock? or can it be programmed in?
(ie. 1st unlock drivers door, second turn or remote press unlocks all doors)
Also does it have the comfort function where if you hold the key in the locked position it closes the windows?
Thanks

Sure someone will be able to answer...I've got an aftermarket alarm fitted that was there when I bought it

Not sure about the first bit but yes you can make the windows roll up or down with the key in the lock (Doesn't do the alarm though!)

you basically hold the key in the door in the 'unlock' position and the windows come down, and vice versa for locking - not sure what the point of it is or whether it will work via the keyfob.

yeh seems a little pointless lol, I never use the locks, they're no use because you need the fob to dis-able the alarm.
I'll give it a try later though

i got mine to operate the windows but you had to keep pushing the lock button for the window to go up about 2cm @ a time. try it open the window put the key in the lock and hold the lock button down till the window closes and try it just using the fob it should work did on mine

Yeah I've done the same, you hold lock and it'll inch the window up every time you do it.
Doesn't go all the way up or down though in a single go.

Arite, so just a feature to save having to pop back in the car and putting the key bak in the ignition, if you forget to put a window up I guess then
