Removing rear panels to change speakers

Hi all!
Anyone knows how to remove the rear panels in a 3 door Polo? I need to remove them to replace my original speakers.
I've read the guide to remove door panels but I can't see any similarity to the rear panels.

Any help will be appreciated!

Don't know about removeing the rear panel but when you do eventually do get the panel off the b@stard speakers are bloody rivetted on so you have to cut them out with a good drill. Fun job on a cold day!
Though it shouldn't be that bad in Barca

A lot of work... Why do the f**** VW designers do it so difficult? Why not using some standrard screws and that's it?

Anyway, thank you for your reply. Here in Barcelona we are now (14:30) at 10 degrees celsius. In the morning we were at 5! So we have a cold day too.

I have done it and I 'think' there are 5 white clips (same as used on the front doors) they can break easily and best to have some spare. It isn’t too hard but the best and easiest way is to remove the rear seats, but they do pull out and forward etc.

There is also a little black plastic part that meets the rear trim (that holds the parcel shelf) this can easy break but if it does the panel still holds in tight.

I also found on my car there were just 4 normal Philips screws holding in the speakers which is handy but strange since the fronts are rivets.. While you have the panel off it's also an opportunity to stick down any loose wires that might be causing a rattle.

Yes, that is my problem. A lot of annoying noises whe I pop up the volume

So, If I understood you right, it is just pulling the entire panel off?
I'll try not to brake the white clips!
